RETURN POLICY

We offer returns on all orders and provide you with a $6 return shipping label (USA). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving your order to either create an exchange or receive a full refund/store credit minus the $6 return shipping + 12% restocking fee. A return initiated after 14 days from the delivery date will be eligible for store credit only, no refund or exchanges. We do not accept returns after 30 days from the delivery date.

We do not accept returns on products that have been worn, stained, altered, washed or received with any odor or evident sign of wear. All items returned must be in new and unused condition with a sanitary strip in place. All returns must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

We kindly ask that you please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return package has been delivered.

EXCHANGE POLICY

For all exchanges, please note that we do ask that you allow 2 business days for your returned item to be processed once it has been delivered. Once your returned item is processed, we will begin working on getting your exchanged item(s) shipped to you. We do not accept exchanges after 14 days from the date that your order is delivered.
