We are happy to accept exchanges within 14 days of your order. For all exchanges, please note that we do ask that you allow 6-8 business days for your returned item to be processed once it has been delivered. Once your returned item is processed, our team will begin working on getting your exchanged item(s) shipped to you. We do not accept exchanges after 14 days from the date that your order is delivered.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving your order to either create an exchange or receive a full refund minus the $6 return shipping + 12% restocking fee.

A return initiated after 14 days from the delivery date will be eligible for store credit only, no refund or exchanges. We do not accept returns after 30 days from the delivery date.

Once a return is initiated, the return shipping label will be active for 14 days before it expires. We recommend getting a receipt from the post office when you drop off your package to confirm it's been scanned. 

We do not accept returns on products that have been worn, stained, altered, washed or received with any odor or evident sign of wear. All items returned must be in new and unused condition with a sanitary strip in place. All returns must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.

We kindly ask that you please allow 6-8 business days for refunds to be processed once your return package has been delivered. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
